1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India.

Please note: While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, or logistical issues with our courier partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier partner’s website.

4. Damaged Deliveries

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
