1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The item is defective or tampered with at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since our products include food and wellness items, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Opened or used products.
- Requests made after the allowed reporting time.
- Products stored improperly after delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund as per our Cancellation Policy. Once shipped, refunds are only issued under the conditions mentioned above.
Our products are prepared in small batches using traditional methods to maintain purity and freshness. Therefore, we follow strict quality checks and limited return acceptance to ensure safety for all customers.
