1. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
- If your order has not been packed, it will be cancelled immediately.
- Once the order enters dispatch processing, cancellation is not possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Our support team will review and confirm your request.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Eligible cancellations will receive a 100% refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Bulk or custom-packed orders once confirmed.
- Products prepared for dispatch due to their perishable nature.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the package. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Since our products include natural and consumable Ayurvedic items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols. Therefore, cancellations are restricted once orders move into processing or shipping stages.
